Word Display: - Each word is displayed as blank spaces (underscores) representing letters - Word length matches the number of letters in the target word - Correctly guessed letters replace their corresponding blanks - Word is displayed with spaces between each letter for clarity - Complete the word by revealing all letters 2. Hint System: - Each word comes with a descriptive hint displayed below the word - Hints provide context clues about what the word represents - Use hints to guide your letter guessing strategy - Hints help narrow down possible letters based on word meaning - Read hints carefully before making guesses 3. Letter Guessing: - Guess letters one at a time by clicking/tapping or typing - Click letter buttons on the on-screen keyboard - Or type letters directly using your physical keyboard - Each letter can only be guessed once per word - Guessed letters are marked and cannot be selected again 4. Correct Guesses: - When you guess a correct letter, it appears in all positions where it occurs - Correct letters are highlighted in green on the keyboard - Green particle effects celebrate correct guesses - You earn points for correct guesses - Multiple occurrences of the same letter are revealed simultaneously 5. Incorrect Guesses: - When you guess an incorrect letter, you lose one life - Incorrect letters are highlighted in red on the keyboard - Red particle effects indicate wrong guesses - You lose points for incorrect guesses - The letter remains visible but disabled on the keyboard 6. Lives System: - Easy Mode: Start with 6 lives - Medium Mode: Start with 5 lives - Hard Mode: Start with 4 lives - Lose one life for each incorrect letter guess - Lives are displayed at the top center of the screen - Game over when lives reach zero - No way to regain lost lives during a word 7. Timer System: - Easy Mode: 90 seconds per word - Medium Mode: 60 seconds per word - Hard Mode: 45 seconds per word - Timer counts down from the limit - Timer is displayed at the top right of the screen - New word automatically appears when timer reaches zero - Timer resets for each new word 8. Score System: - Correct letter guesses: +10 points (multiplied by difficulty) - Incorrect letter guesses: -5 points (multiplied by difficulty) - Word completion bonus: +50 points (multiplied by difficulty) - Score multipliers: Easy (1x), Medium (1.5x), Hard (2x) - Score displayed at the top left of the screen - Higher difficulty yields higher potential scores 9.
