Fallout Season 2 Trailer Shows Off Macaulay Culkin And Kumail Nanjiani's Characters

Prime Video has released a new trailer for Fallout Season 2 ahead of its December debut, revealing two new cast members — Macaulay Culkin and Kumail Nanjiani — and teasing scenes set in New Vegas. The trailer contains several plot spoilers, including violent confrontations and new threats for Walton Goggins' The Ghoul and Ella Purnell's Lucy.

The preview gives only glimpses of the characters played by Nanjiani and Culkin: Nanjiani's role is seen being summoned into a battle, while Culkin's character is shown committing a murder. The trailer also brings back Aaron Moten's Maximus and even features Dogmeat, the franchise's iconic canine companion.

Season 2 wrapped production in May and is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on December 17, 2025. The show's new tagline appears to be "let the end times roll."

On the game side, Fallout 76 is getting themed updates tied to the show, including the Burning Springs expansion arriving in December. Bethesda is also continuing work on Fallout 5.
